SHINUSNG PATENT FIRM, LLC was established in 1988 by Hae-Cheon Park, under the name of Park International Patent & Law Office. From the beginning, we were able to provide the most professional services for Korean large corporations and institutions such as SK Hynix Inc. and ETRI (Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute) because our expertise is tailored to meet our clients’ needs.

As our firm grew steadily and achieved notable developments, the firm was renamed SHINUSNG PATENT FIRM, LLC in 1996. The name “Shinsung” (信誠) means ‘faith and sincerity’ (Shin as 信 and Sung as 誠), which is our motto. We also changed our company’s form to a professional corporation in 2000 to further raise our credibility for domestic and foreign clients.

In 2008, Shinsung IP Group was established with affiliate offices of Daon Law Firm, as a litigation partner, and IP & T Group LLP in USA, as a U.S. partner. This allows us to better assist clients through work cooperation and efficient communication.

For almost 30 years, Shinsung IP Group has grown to become one of the most prominent IP firms, consisting of about 100 professionals including about 30 IP attorneys, attorneys-at-law, and U.S. attorneys/agents, and more than 40 patent and trademark specialists.
